General Assembly |
The General Assembly elects
the Officers of the Foundation and the Board Members at Large, reviews
long-range goals of the foundation, and adopts, amendment, or repeal its
Bylaws.
The General Assembly is composed of all Board of Director members, two
representatives from each national member foundation and one
representative from each regular member. The two national foundation
representatives shall consist of one medical and one non-medical
volunteer or staff. The representatives are elected, appointed or
designated by the member foundation. The Assembly meets annually usually
in November of each year. |
